Order receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time
1. Please kindly note: HEATLNDN has international warehouses based in Asia, UK and USA. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatch as soon as the order has been placed. We then will receive it at out UK warehouse. Once we receive the order, we will conduct a quality check on each piece. If it passes quality check, we will then dispatch it to your address provided to us at our shipping's page.
2. Customers will receive orders via Royal Mail and NOT need to deal with any custom affairs.
3. Please also be aware that next day delivery for most products are NOT available. You can find out which product is available for next day delivery and same day dispatch on the products page.
4. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service at heatlondonservices@gmail.com to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. Or get in touch with our customer service team where a member of staff will be able to provide more information within 24hrs.
